IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE

Dear Stony Point Neighbor,

You may already know that ANNIES SNACK SHOP is in the process of being sold to SEMBLER, a company from Florida that wants to build a new CVS PHARMACY and a PROVIDENT BANK on the property. They are also asking for the town to make a zone change on a section of the property from residential to business zone. The proposed bank drive up window comes within a very close distance to existing homes. Traffic at the intersection of 9W is a BIG concern since
there are already existing traffic problems and the town has just approved a new WALGREEN'S PHARMACY on that corner, across Filors Lane, near Joyce Plaza and HUDSON GRANDE senior apartments on Kay Fries Drive. The Stony Point Planning Board has decided to hold a preliminary PUBLIC HEARING to get residents' input at the begining of the process.

This is an important opportunity for you to learn more about what is being proposed and also voice your concerns. Please attend the PUBLIC HEARING at the next Stony Point Planning Board meeting and invite your neighbors too!
