The SPACE Board of Directors decided in 2004 that a fitting way to commemorate those who gave their life for our country and its freedoms would be to carry signs statiing freedoms guaranteed by the Bill Of Rights in the parade; and by handing out American flags and copies of the Constitution. In 2005 we did the same, and in 2006 the town told us we were wrong to "protest". —Since when is the Bill Of Rights a protest?
